"Tomorrow's Technology Today" about SIMpill:
SIMpill improves lives.
"Increasing the effectiveness of adherence interventions may have a far
greater impact on the health of the population than any improvement in
specific medical treatments."

and Mental Health Adherence to Long-term Therapies Project

Our Goal

Good patient compliance and adherence means taking the right drugs, on time and in the proper doses.  Today, as
medication adherence continues to gather news headlines with surprising stories of the perils and pitfalls of treatment non-
compliance, Clinical Technology Advisors, Inc (CTA) will position itself as the leading provider of innovative medication
adherence technology solutions for the consumer health care market.  We will improve lives through medication
adherence and patient compliance.

Key Management

David Rosa is the Founder and President of CTA.
Mr. Rosa maintains his responsibilities for corporate governance and vision, managing the current consulting practice, and working to grow
alliances with other companies that will further enhance the value of the Simpill partnership and CTA in general.

Mr. Rosa has worked within the biopharmaceutical industry for nearly 20 years. He has a M.S. in biostatistics from the University of
Massachusetts at Amherst School of Public Health and initially worked as a project manager and statistician for Consulting Statisticians, Inc.,
who was acquired by PAREXEL. While part of PAREXEL, Mr. Rosa moved from his statistical role into the business development arena
where he was responsible for managing large pharmaceutical accounts and some emerging biotechnology companies. After leaving
PAREXEL, Mr. Rosa held various positions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, InSite Clinical Trials, and MTRA (now aaiPharma).

In late 1997, Mr. Rosa was asked by Dr. Paul Bleicher (a former PAREXEL colleague) to join his start-up company, Phase Forward, Inc.
Mr. Rosa assumed the role of Sales and Marketing Director and was responsible for launching their InForm electronic data capture product,
overseeing the marketing responsibilities of the product and generating the initial sales of the product to the first customers. He then became a
Sales Director for the major accounts using the InForm product.

In June of 2000, Mr. Rosa joined Invivodata, Inc., a leader in the field of electronic patient diaries. As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Rosa
drove the initial sales of the organization and helped to promote the capture of patient self-report data using handheld (Palm) technology. He
